Refund and Returns Policy
Return Requests:
Must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video (from tape removal to product display) is mandatory for all return/exchange claims.
Exchange & Refunds:
We do not accept returns, but we offer exchanges or cash refunds if:
- The product is damaged, or
- The item received is different from what was ordered.
Contact us within 48 hours at rangeenkarigiri@gmail.com or WhatsApp 8569821826 with your order number and unboxing video. The product must be returned with the original invoice, securely packed with bubble wrap.
Note:
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the original product is unavailable, you may select another product of equal value.
Shipping for Exchanges:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Cash Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days. For orders over Rs.1499, a Rs.150 shipping fee will be deducted.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation isn’t possible.
Note:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on discounted items or international orders.
Product Color Disclaimer:
Please note that while we strive to display product colors as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to lighting during photography, screen settings, or monitor calibration. As such, minor differences in color will not be considered a defect and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
