Note: No refunds are applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders once placed.

12. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation isn’t possible.
To cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible by either of the following methods:
• Email: Send an email to rangeenkarigiri@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancellation”. Please include your order number and delivery address in the message.
• WhatsApp: You can also reach us via WhatsApp at +91 85698 21826 with your order details and reason for cancellation.
Kindly note that cancellation requests must be made before your order has been processed or dispatched.
13. Defective And Damaged Items
At Rangeen karigiri, we take great care to thoroughly inspect and securely package each product before dispatch. However, in the rare event that an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through one of the following:

Please include:
• Clear photos or videos showing the damage/defect
• Your order number
• Your delivery address
Once the issue is verified, we will guide you through the return process. A replacement item will be dispatched after we receive the returned product.
Please Note:
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
1. • Replacements only are offered for defective/damaged items
2. • Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
14. Exchange and Return Policy
Note - In the event that a product is found to be defective prior to dispatch, the customer shall have the right to either cancel the order or request a replacement product.
We do not accept returns once an order has been placed. However, exchanges and cash refunds are available under the following circumstances:
• The product(s) received are different from what was ordered.
• The product(s) received are damaged.
In such cases, contact our customer support at rangeenkarigiri@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp message to 8569821826 within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and share the unboxing video. Requests made after 48 hours will not be entertained.
Ensure that the product is securely packed with bubble wrap and includes the original invoice.
1. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the original product is unavailable, you may select another product of equal value.
15. Refund Policy
Cash refunds can be requested within 48 hours of purchase with a valid receipt. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days.
Please note: On orders above Rs. 1499, a Rs. 150 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
16. Billing
All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax)
17. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Domestic Shipping
1. Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above Rs. 1499 within India.
2. For prepaid orders:
• Below Rs. 700: Shipping charges will be Rs. 100
• Between Rs. 700 – Rs. 1499: Shipping charges will be Rs. 150
3. We primarily use DTDC and Delhivery as our courier partners for domestic orders.
International Shipping
1. Shipping charges are calculated after checkout, based on the weight/volume of the order and destination country.
2. Custom duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery.
3. We primarily use FedEx, UPS, and DHL for international shipping.
4. Estimated delivery time is 2–3 weeks, but shipping can take up to 2 months, depending on the destination country.
